She should have had a proper bare-bottom thrashing with the cane with plenty of welts on her perfect posterior for a) standing on the toilet seat with dirty shoes on and not wiping it afterwards and b) not washing her hands after having a pee. Such misbehaviors (as peeing in the toilet for teachers only) may more likely be connected with spanking punishments of a smaller number, but it must be much harder than this lady has got.
